Description
We present to you an opportunity to purchase an established and profitable Dairy Farm, which has imported animals producing up to 40 liters of milk per day. Very proud to say, that we are among the top 5% of farms in Pakistan, which is profitable right now, and has world-class genetics for the future of the farm. The owners have worked very hard to make the farm profitable. In Pakistan, to survive in dairy, you need to have: 1. High producing cows 2. A good milk rate 3. A good brand 4. Control the entire supply chain 5. Great genetics 6. Strong data 7. Renewable energy 8. Solid network of experts in the industry 9. Own feed (silage and hay) From day one, the owners started working on creating their own brand identity and avoiding selling to milk collectors/processors; they wanted to control the entire supply chain, which meant, that they controlled the milk prices. Today, Alhamdulillah, they have multiple milk shops where they sell their own milk and an established door-to-door delivery brand across Rawalpindi. The average milk production at the farm is roughly 27 liters, but the plan in the future is to keep this above 30 liters. A lot of farmers make the mistake of purchasing 100+ animals to kickstart their dairy farm journey, but the reality is, that the majority of these animals may give less than 20 liters of milk, which then eats into your profits. The key is to grow slowly keeping only high-liter animals at all times and then using high-quality genomic/pedigree bulls, that suit Pakistan's conditions. The farm also has imported machinery, showering, fans, solar system, biogas plant, and other equipment to help with day-to-day work. By having solar and biogas at the farm, this has helped reduce the electric bills by 90%. The business aim was to always build it to a certain level and take an exit. However, with a loved one recently passing away, the owner wants to spend more time with the family. No timewasters, only serious buyers. Ideally, we are looking for $750,000.
