The following Terms of Use apply to the submission of information to and use of the business listing service offered through Flippers.pk. By providing information to, or accessing information from, the service, you, the end user. Accept these terms and conditions, and acknowledge and guarantee that you have the authority and right to agree to and be bound by these terms and conditions. This agreement’s provisions bind the business and you to its terms (the “Agreement”).

Flippers account:

You confirm and warrant that your age is at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under relevant law by registering and opening an account with Flippers. You declare and warrant that you are authorized to legally bind any corporation, organization, or other legal entity on whose behalf you are establishing an account.

Flippers disclaims all liability for any unauthorized access to or use of your account or password. You must take all necessary precautions to keep your password private and secret, and you should notify us right away if you have any reason to suspect that someone else knows it or if it’s being used or is likely to be used in an illegal way.

• This website allows for the advertising of the sale of franchises or full business. The provision of information on the businesses that are advertised on this website by their owners is reliant upon Flipper.pk.
• In relation to any omissions or results of actions taken by you in reliance on any information, opinions, or advice contained within this Website, Flippers.pk accepts no responsibility and disclaims all liability for any claims, costs, losses, expenses, or damages however arising and regardless of whether they are direct, indirect, or consequential.
• In regards to any omissions or results of actions taken by You in reliance on the information, opinions, or advice found within this Website, Flippers.pk accepts no responsibility and will not be held liable in any way for any claims, costs, losses, expenses, or damages whatsoever arising, whether direct, indirect, or consequential.
• By using the services and the website, You acknowledge that any content posted on our Website on Your behalf by you or other employees of your organization may also be shown on other websites that have co-branding agreements with Flippers.pk.
• Additionally, this content may be copied for use in a variety of publications, including but not restricted to periodicals, newspapers, the trade press, and marketing materials and presentations. This will always be done with the intention of raising inquiries from and views from potential customers. Partners is the term used to refer to all of these channels.

Flipper has a group of experts, especially our brokerage partners, who are prepared to examine assets to confirm the veracity of the information shown and so support the maintenance of our market’s integrity.

Regarding the quality and completeness of the data shown as well as the existing or potential future performance of a company or an asset, Flippers offers no guarantees or assurances. Flipper advises you to add your own research and analysis to the data we provide.

Flippers. pk’s role: 

Using Flippers’ services, Flippers enables third-party sellers to market and sell their assets. No listings or the assets they include are owned, created, sold, resold, provided, controlled, offered, or delivered by Flippers. On the appropriate listing page, the pertinent seller is identified. Flippers do not represent either the buyer or the seller as an agent. Asset sales are primarily the responsibility of the seller, and asset purchases are solely the responsibility of the buyer. By utilizing the services, an asset can be transferred to the buyer.

Every contract with a third party is transferable to the buyer. You are not permitted to list a business that: 

•  Is acting in a way that is against the law in some place.
•  Is rude, profane, or otherwise considered objectionable by Flippers.

 Listing Restrictions:

• Customers cannot modify the listing status on the websites by deleting and then re-submitting the same listing.
• Businesses that are no longer operating or are up for sale must have their listings removed from the websites promptly. 
• You are not allowed to promote new startups or franchises by using a broker’s account
• Please get in touch with the company at https://www.Flippers.pk/feedback (specify feedback email) if you’re interested in posting startup or new franchise possibilities on websites.

Broker agent plans:

• In order to build a broker agent profile, you must be a sales agent with a valid license who is promoting companies for sale for which you have a listing agreement.
• You acknowledge that every agent will have a single account so that no agent profiles for fake people will be added.
• The flippers have the right, but not the duty, to delete agent profiles that the company thinks were made in contravention of this clause, in its absolute discretion.
• Brokers have the option of paying separately for extra marketing services.
• Brokers are not permitted to update or assign listings using the login information belonging to their subscribed broker.
• when your application for a broker’s account is approved. Payment for subscriptions is made in advance. Membership fees are consequently paid automatically with every extension term unless you have made an alternative arrangement.

 Valuation:

The cost of your listed asset is entirely up to you to decide. Flippers offers a value calculator to assist you in setting a fair price. The valuation services include tools that can help you determine the value of your company. The accuracy of the valuation depends on your input and the information you provide for performing the valuation.

• The valuation fee is paid in advance by the customer. 
• The valuation fee is non-refundable.

Impermissible Activities:

You are not allowed to use Flippers’ services.

• In any manner that might hurt or obstruct any user of Flipper’s Services. 
• In connection with an illegal or other illicit behavior, for fraudulent reasons.
•  In any manner that might harm the service provided by Flippers.

Our fees:

The listing fee will be charged when you subscribe to sell it for me. For current fees, please see Flippers Pricing

Flippers pricing

• Less than Pkr 3 million = 8% success fee
• Pkr 3m-5m = 7% success fee
• Pkr 5m-10m = 6% success fee
• Pkr 10m-50m = 5% success fee
• Pkr 50m-100m = 3.5% success fee
• Pkr GREATER THAN 100m = 2% success fee

You can terminate your listing or account at any time by sending an email to support@flippers.com and then adhering to the detailed guidelines Flipper provides in its reply.
