Two ways to sell with Flippers
The difference comes down to one trade: pay something upfront and stay free, or pay nothing upfront and give us the mandate for three months.

Due diligence fee (optional)
Check the business before money changes hands
Due diligence is optional, and the fee is fixed by the size of the deal. It gives the buyer, and often the seller too, a verified picture before the final price is agreed.
- Financial records and sales checked against the evidence
- Lease, licences and registrations reviewed
- Liabilities, loans and pending payments identified
- Stock, equipment and assets verified on site
- A written summary of risks before you sign
