A price is agreed over tea, based on a figure somebody's cousin once heard. Financials are handwritten or absent. Nobody checks the lease, the licences or the liabilities. Sellers walk away with less than they built, buyers inherit problems nobody disclosed, and both sides tell everyone afterwards that selling a business is a scam.
We started Flippers to make that transaction look the way it does in mature markets: valued properly, documented properly, negotiated properly, closed properly.
Then we discovered that businesses arriving at our door usually needed work long before they were ready to sell, so we built the advisory, branding and franchise capability to fix them first.
Today we assist both individual and institutional investors in owning or expanding a business portfolio, out of offices in Islamabad and Lahore, on deals in cities from Peshawar to Hyderabad.
